It’s starting to feel like Spring already with buds popping up everywhere - signs of new growth and much potential. We are looking forward to gathering medicines for our journeys to South Dakota this Summer to sit with Lakota elders and learn the wisdom and ways of the sacred ceremonies, such as Sundance. This is an incredible opportunity and we are preparing on many levels to learn, participate and to help those who are embracing and sharing with us.
